This website is operated under the proposed business name Nisa Med Technologies. Nisa Med is the name of the app.

If you join the early-access list, the form collects the email address you choose to submit and your consent to receive emails. The consent box is unchecked until you check it.

The form does not ask for medication names, diagnoses, medical records, or other health information.

How We Use Information

Nisa Med Technologies collects your email address so it can contact you about Nisa Med development, launch, and early-access opportunities. Joining the list does not create an app account.
